    Did You Know...

    Van Gogh had epilepsy?

    Lou Kelsey
Director of Client Services & Community Resources

Lou, a long time resident of Eau Claire, has been with the Epilepsy Foundation of Western Wisconsin since 2003. In that time she has done a wonderful job with projects such as DVR Fee for Service, the AWE-some support group, and Health Benefits Counseling and counselor at Kids Camp for the week. Lou's background in housing has been an asset to clients, as well as her vast knowledge of services available in many of our 22 counties. She is also in charge of coordinating EFWW's fundraisers - the Stroll in the Park, and the Harvest Gala Dinner and Silent Auction.  Lou puts in tireless hours making sure that these events are the absolute best they can be!  She has a daughter and two grandsons living in the Twin Cities area and a daughter and grandson in Seattle.

    Rick Wallin
    Executive Director

Rick joined EFWW in 1998 as a member of the Board of Directors and served the board as president for two years.  He returned to the board in 2009 and stepped into the Executive Director role in June of 2010.  He was a high school English teacher, which fits well with doing the training for EFWW.  Rick and his wife reside in Eau Claire and have three grown sons and five granddaughters.
